cupcakes, balloons, and rainbows

Taegan finally turned 4.  She has been talking about her birthday since June.  Making a birthday list since Christmas.  And acting 13 since birth.  Needless to say, she was ready to party last Thursday.

Taegan is adored by everyone that comes in contact with her.  Langdon would say it is because of her hair.  It is just fluffy enough to grab a handful of as she rushes in to give him a hug and tell him how cute he is.  Karsten adores Taeg' because she is fearless and not afraid to ask Mom any question.  I am frequently awakened before 6am to... "can you make me breakfast?" or "can we watch a show?" or "can you come down and play?".  I am almost 99% sure that most of these needs are put into her head by her older brother and he knows that she will act on them, immediately, even if she already did 15 seconds ago.

Taegan has a fantastic sense of humor that I hope she keeps forever.  She can be F.U.N.N.Y.  One eve while reading the scriptures together as a family, Travis paused after reading something like... "declare the gospel as with the voice of..."  Taegan immediately deadpanned "a tuba."  She then just sat there waiting for everyone to get her joke.

Even though, we have realized that we cannot have anything nice while Taegan lives with us, (The girl could seriously figure out a way to destroy a brick) we love her and are glad that she is part of our lives.

HAPPY BIRTHDAY TAEG'!

Lol! I just got the tuba joke. She really has to know her scriptures to come up with that one. You're right, she must be 13! And so lovable! =) Happy Birthday!

Happy Birthday Taegan! Your Taegan sounds very similar to my Kaden! Destructive but funny and fun to be around. Clever too. It's amazing to me how they are born with their little personalities already in place.
Will she go to kindergarten next year?

Boo hoo, I miss all three of them. I think you're supposed to take another road trip to Pendleton.
