Don't get too excited about that happy little cloud next to Sunday -- experience tells us that it will soon turn to a sad rainy icon within the next couple days. Good thing Vitamin E is available in pill form!
We've become accustomed to the dreary gray skies of a Willamette Valley winter. We're acclimated to the daytime temps that are high enough to prevent (super-fun) snow, but still too low to dry out the cold muddy ground under our feet. That's why yesterday was so awesome. And by awesome, I mean totally sweet!
For the first time in weeks, the sun remained unencumbered by clouds for several hours. We all dropped everything and headed for the park. We weren't alone. We saw joggers, bikers, and short-sleeved Spring-breaking children venturing outside just to enjoy the sunshine while it lasted.
It was 55 degrees.

| This is Karst's first attempt at giving Taeg' an "underdog." We are witnessing Taeg at her apex. OK, it was a little underwhelming. |
| Despite his complete lack of coherent speech, Lang' was able to perfectly convey how we all felt as we spent an hour in the elusive March sun. |

Very sweet. And Karsten looks like a stud in his sunglasses. They def make-up for any lack in athleticism. Although, compare him to other 5 yr. olds and he's probably at the tip top of the talent pool!
